We offer a service and repair workshop for our e-scooters and e-bike in Linz and are there for you for service and repairs.

We offer maintenance and more. We make sure that your e-scooter and e-bike are ready for use again as soon as possible.

When solving a problem or performing regular maintenance, our trained team always uses the latest technology and spare parts. We are your partner to maintain your e-scooter for the next tour, a round with the family or the daily commute to work.
 

Calculation of the service

Cost estimate
For all e-scooters EUR 60.00 *)
 

• If the order is placed within 4 weeks, 50% of the cost estimate will be credited.
• 2 weeks after notification of completion of the cost estimate, storage costs of EUR 1.50 per day will be charged for the stored vehicle. (Calculation of storage costs begins on the day the vehicle is returned)

Calculation of Services
Services are charged at an hourly rate of EUR 120.00 *)

Can i wait for it?
For those who do not have time to wait for the repair, we also offer an immediate service. However, this is associated with a surcharge of 30% on the normal repair price!

*) All prices include 20% VAT plus any spare parts and expenses for the assembly of the spare parts.
